This safe, secure site is an easy way to pay for your Venture Outdoor Leadership program(s).
Be sure to:
- Check total cost, program name, and program date before you enter the payment portal.
- Log in to the payment site.
- Enter your payment amount, description of what you are paying for, and please follow the instructions.

If you need to cancel your registration, we will do our best to accommodate you within the following guidelines:
- 14 days+ prior to the event: Refund available or money paid may be applied to another Venture event.
- 7-13 days prior to the event: No refund, however money can be applied to another Venture event within the same semester.
- 0-6 days prior to event: No refund, though money can be applied to other events if your spot is filled with another participant.
Occasionally, Venture Outdoor Leadership must cancel an event due to low enrollment or environmental hazards. In that event, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to apply the money to a different Venture event.
Please be aware that cash refunds can take up to six weeks to process, and credit card refunds must be completed within 6 months of the original purchase.
