Trip Registration

You can see what adventure trips we are offering through:

Yearly, complete the Venture Medical History Form.

To find the Medical Form on Niner Engage:

1. Log in to Niner Engage using your NinerNet credentials.
2. Search for Venture Outdoor Leadership and select the appropriate Organization.
3. Click Venture Medical History Form under the Forms section.

Note: Skip this step if you have already submitted the form this academic year (July 1 - June 30).

Two ways to pay:

1. Pay online on our website. 
2. Pay in person in our office suite, Belk Gym, Suite #108

If there is no cost for the trip (e.g. some Greenway walks) and you have already submitted your health form, email us to request to register for the program (venturedept@charlotte.edu).

We will email you to confirm you are registered for the trip. 

If you are on the waitlist, we will let you know and then reach out again if a spot becomes available.

Our trips are first-come, first-serve, so it's possible that a trip has filled before you submitted your health form and payment. 

Once you receive confirmation that you are registered, be sure to add the trip to your calendar. 

If there is a pre-trip meeting, be sure to add this as well. If you are not able to attend the pre-trip meeting inform us immediately.  

Note - Not all trips will have a pre-trip meeting.
