Challenge course

What to Expect

Groups begin with engaging initiatives on the ground before progressing to low elements that use cables, ropes, and logs. Activities are selected based on your group’s goals and guided by trained facilitators who create a space for learning, growth, and reflection.

Outcomes & Focus Areas

  • Communication and trust
  • Problem-solving and creative thinking
  • Leadership and shared decision-making
  • Group cohesion and collaboration

Physical & Participation Requirements

Participants should be prepared for light to moderate physical activity, including balancing, stepping, and bending. Activities take place outdoors, and access to the course includes walking on an uneven gravel path. All activities are Challenge by Choice—meaning participants choose their level of engagement.

Let us know in advance if any group members have mobility needs so we can adjust accordingly.

Program Length- 2 hours minimum

Trust, courage, and connection—40 feet off the ground.

Looking to stretch your comfort zone as a team? Our High Team Challenge Course offers an unforgettable experience built on trust, communication, and shared accomplishment. Suspended 5 to 40 feet in the air, your group will tackle high ropes elements that challenge individuals and unify teams.

What to Expect

Participants gear up with helmets and harnesses to navigate aerial obstacles—climbing, balancing, and problem-solving together. Every element is supported by our professional facilitators and challenge-by-choice philosophy: each person chooses how and whether to engage.

Programs are customized to your group’s comfort and goals and often include a mix of ground activities and high course elements. A zip line experience may be included depending on the program structure.

Outcomes & Focus Areas

  • Trust and psychological safety
  • Risk-taking and resilience
  • Supportive leadership and group encouragement
  • Courage, confidence, and decision-making under pressure

Physical & Equipment Considerations

This program involves climbing, wearing a safety harness and helmet, and moving through elevated elements. Access to the course is via gravel paths and uneven terrain.

To ensure a safe fit for our gear:

  • Harnesses and helmets accommodate most, but not all, body types and head sizes.
  • Helmets may not fit over some hairstyles (e.g., bulky braids or high buns).
  • The zip line has a 250 lb weight limit due to industry safety standards.
  • If you're unsure whether the course is a good physical fit, please reach out in advance—we’re happy to talk through options.

Our goal is to create a positive experience for everyone, and we're here to help participants find meaningful ways to engage—on the ground or in the air.

Program Length- 4 hours minimum

The full experience—grounded teamwork to high-flying trust.

Starting with ground-based and low elements to build group cohesion, your team will then transition to elevated elements up to 40 feet in the air for a shared challenge that deepens trust and communication.
