The climbing wall can provide a unique opportunity for team building on UNC Charlotte's main campus. An extension of our traditional team building program, the climbing wall is available for groups seeking to build community, engender trust, and practice good communication.
- Develop trust in your team through belaying and other supportive behaviors.
- Build personal self-confidence by facing the physical and psychological challenges while rock climbing.
- Create a shared experience for your group that builds relationships.
Costs for teambuilding at the climbing wall follow the price structure for our Team Challenge (TC) course since the resources required are similar.

To request a team building program at the climbing wall, follow the procedures for requesting our traditional team building programs.
