Most programs do not meet at our office, but instead begin at the Challenge Course or another location on campus. Be sure to confirm your meeting location with your program coordinator before arriving.

From main campus:
- From Cameron Blvd, turn on Alumni Way (toward E. WT Harris Blvd and away from SoVi).
- Pass Lot 27 on your left and the greenway crosswalk.
- Gravel lot is on your right, surrounded by a wooden fence.
- Typical meeting spot for:
- High Team Challenge Course programs
- Any challenge course programs utilizing a bus or other large transportation vehicle

Youth Groups
Specific youth Program Release and Hold Harmless Agreements will be provided through Team Works. If you have not received your Team Works link, contact our office at venturedept@charlotte.edu or 704-687-0697
Adult Groups
All individuals must submit a signed Program Release and Hold Harmless Agreement before being allowed to participate.
Please (1) click the link below, (2) print, (3) sign, and (4) bring the form with you to the program. Check with your group's coordinator in case they are providing you with a paper copy.
