Team Building Pricing

UNC Charlotte academic classes include any undergraduate and graduate courses at UNC Charlotte. Student groups include (among others) registered Student Orgs, Learning Communities, Athletic teams, and UREC Club Sports teams. 

Intro Mobile

  • No Cost when selecting from our calendar via the Program Request Form.
  • $50 for special date request
  • 50-minute program time
  • Group size - 8 to 100+

Custom Mobile

  • $7/ person ($75 minimum)
  • 2-hour minimum program time
  • Group size - 8 to 100+

Team Challenge (TC) Course

  • $13/ person ($100 minimum)
  • 2-hour minimum program time
  • Group size - 8 to 30 (larger groups can be split up into sessions)

High Team Challenge (HTC) Course

  • $19/ person ($150 minimum)
  • 4-hour minimum program time
  • Group size - 8 to 30 (larger groups can be split up into sessions)

TC/ HTC Combination

  • $28/ person ($225 minimum)
  • 6-hour minimum program time
  • Group size - 8 to 30 (larger groups can be split up into sessions)

Deadlines and Cancellation Policies

  • 8+ business days prior to program - Cancel with full refund.
  • Cancellation less than 7 business days prior - Apply funds to another program within the next 2 months.
  • 7 business days prior to program - Payment due.

This category includes any group that is affiliated with UNC Charlotte, but does not include enrolled students. This includes (but is not limited to) University departments and visiting students through the Office of Intercultural and Educational Experiences.

  • $25/ person ($200 minimum)
  • 4-hour minimum program time
  • Group size - 8 to 30 (larger groups can be split up into sessions)

TC/ HTC Combination

  • $37/ person ($300 minimum)
  • 6-hour minimum program time
  • Group size - 8 to 30 (larger groups can be split into sessions)

Deadlines and Cancellation Policies

  • 8+ business days prior to program - Cancel with full refund.
  • Cancellation less than 7 business days prior - Apply funds to another program within the next 2 months.
  • 7 business days prior to program - Payment due.

This group includes middle schools, high schools, and non-profit youth groups. The youngest age group we are able to work is middle school grades.  Please note that we can not accommodate all grades on our High Team Challenge Course.  If you're not sure if your group qualifies, email us with the details of your group at venturedept@charlotte.edu

Off-site mobile programs mean that we will come to you! Whether that is your school, community center, or other space you have reserved; we can meet you where you are.  If you choose to be on-site, we will reserve the appropriate space on our main campus in University City. 

Off-Site Mobile

  • $15/ person plus federal mileage rate ($200 minimum)
  • Additional travel fee may be assessed for sites over 35 miles from main campus (zip code 28223)
  • 2-hour minimum program time
  • Group size - 8 to 100+

On-Site Mobile

  • 2-hour minimum program time
  • Group size - 8 to 50

Nonprofit pricing applies to registered 501(c)(3) and other recognized nonprofit organizations that reinvest resources into their mission rather than distributing profits.
