1 - Submit Registration Form

The purpose of this form is to collect information that will help us get ready for your trip.

2 - Submit Payment

Venture Bound is full for 2026, but we are accepting people onto the wait list. We will notify you if you have a spot after the July 20 deadline.

Complete the registration form (Step 1) to be added to the wait list.

We are not accepting payments at this time. If we have a cancellation and you are offered the spot, we will send you the payment link directly.

3 - Complete Medical History Form

Note - This form is specific to Venture Bound. No other UNC Charlotte medical history form can substitute this form.

4 - Return Medical History Form

Return the completed and signed medical history form to Venture Outdoor Leadership.

Confirming Registration

You should expect to receive a confirmation e-mail if/when you complete registration.

Refund Policy

Canceled registrations made by July 20, 2026 will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be made for cancellations after this date.
