The Venture Outdoor Leadership staff love providing team building programs for UNC Charlotte groups of all types as well as corporate, community, and youth groups.
Mobile Team Building, Team Challenge Course (TC), High Team Challenge Course (HTC), and Virtual Team Building programs are catered to your group goals and can range from general team building to addressing specific group issues.

RESERVATION AND SCHEDULING POLICIES
Reservations
- At least 2 weeks notice needed to schedule programming.
- Reservations are tentative until Venture confirms by letter, phone or email (we must ensure staff availability before guaranteeing a program).
- Payment is due at least 1 week in advance and is non-refundable.
Cancellations and Changes
- At least 7 days notice: Payment may be applied to a future program within the next 2 months.
- Less than 7 days notice: No refund or transfer of funds.
- If weather causes the program to be cancelled, payment may be applied to a program within 2 months.
