These staff competency checklists are intended for the Venture Outdoor Leadership student staff to assess their skill set in our program. The column on the right labeled "VOLT" is for the student to acknowledge where they feel they are efficient. The next two columns are for a "senior qualified" student staff or CORE (professional staff) to check off the VOLT, acknowledging the student's competencies.
